• Not as described

• Incorrectly delivered

 

2. Change-of-Mind / Sizing Issues

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

• Colour preference

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

 

Contact us within 3 days with photos/videos. We will provide a replacement or refund.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Return Instructions

• Package the clothing securely

• Include order number and reason for return

• Ship to the address provided after approval
